How long does delivery take?
We despatch all orders as soon as possible, most of our products are always in stock and can be despatched within 2 - 3 working days. All orders will be sent via our courier (unless the postage is cheaper by Royal Mail standard parcel service, we will pass that saving on to our customers). An email notification will be sent advising of you of when the order has been despatched.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes we are happy to accept a cheque made payable to Fresh Face Cosmetics Ltd. Please order your goods via e-mail or phone and send your cheque to us and we will despatch your goods within 7 days.

I would like to pay by credit card, but I am not sure how safe it is?
Buying on line is statistically very safe, arguably safer then using your card in the high street or carrying cash on your person. We use Pay Pal to provide secure processing. Please click on the following link to view Pay Pal security.

Can I pay by cash?
Yes we are more than happy to accept cash payments. Email Contact Fresh Face with your order and we will be pleased to arrange payment and delivery with you.

Are all Fresh Face products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes all our products are suitable for vegetarians and some are also suitable for vegans as well.

Does Fresh Face have a minimum order value?
No - we do not have a minimum order value, at Fresh Face we are happy to accept orders large or small.

Can I order over the telephone?

How will my goods be despatched?

Can you deliver overseas?
We are extremely happy to deliver our products to customers living outside the UK. Because of the wide range of delivery prices and times we strongly recommend customers contact us by phone or email to discuss their exact requirements and we will happily provide a detailed quotation for you.

Will my details be safe?
Data Protection Policy
To place an order, we need your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. It is not possible to process your order or notify you of acceptance of your order without this basic information. An address is required for cardholder identification which helps to reduce online fraud and, of course, we need to know where to deliver your gifts. Your email address and telephone number allow us to confirm your order in writing (which we are legally required to do) and inform you when your gifts have been despatched. We take a telephone number too in case we need to contact you urgently or there is a problem with your email address. This information may be passed to our delivery partners.

Fresh Face Cosmetics are committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will only use the information we collect about you with your consent to tell you about our services. We will never wilfully disclose personal information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.
